Rebecca Watson is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst specializing in providing services to children and families affected by autism spectrum disorders, language delays, and other related disabilities. Rebecca is originally from Tallahassee, Florida. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Florida. Rebecca earned her masters degree in Psychology with a specialization in applied behavior analysis from Florida State University. After graduate school, Rebecca went on to work for Behavior Analysts, Inc. in northern California as an educational consultant. She provided consultation and oversight to inhome
programs based on the analysis of verbal behavior, and provided clinical oversight and coordination to the STARS Model Classrooms, a language based classroom modeled after STARS (Strategic Teaching and Reinforcement Systems) school. Additionally, Rebecca became the Clinic Classroom Coordinator in which families and children were provided an intensive teaching environment, concentrating on critical language and learning skills with parents as an integral part of their child’s program. In 2006, Rebecca went in to private practice and has provided services in California, Oregon, and now concentrates her time in northern Arizona. Rebecca is excited to join Behavioral Consultation Services of Northern Arizona. Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
